Product Synthesis
PA-001 is a magnesium-integrated mineral nanoparticle colloid. Our 45nm iron-oxide-based particles are unique in that they are non-magnetic and contain integrated citrate, cholate, magnesium, dextran and ferric iron (Fe3+). We started with a 10-day, multi-step synthesis - Paretor is made in two hours in a single pot.

Delivery
RNA Delivery
Paretor particles present accessible coordination surfaces at synthesis, enabling predictable functionalization and more consistent transfection outcomes across variable conditions.

PA-001 has been demonstrated to non-disruptively deliver small molecules and RNA to the cell cytoplasm and are adapted for siRNA screening, but may also be modified with peptides, proteins, nanobodies and other cargo for delivery to the cell cytoplasm.
Delivery into the cytoplasm paves the way for low-dose delivery, novel therapeutics, and true reformulation of existing agents.

ETAERION
ETAERION™ is a magnesium-integrated mineral nanoparticle colloid that stabilizes cellular systems under stress. Our 45nm iron-oxide-based particles are non-magnetic and contain citrate, cholate, magnesium, dextran and ferric iron (Fe3+).
ETAERION™ particles are designed to be used in research and commercial settings to improve stability, viability, and longevity of cell lines and organoid systems under stress. Particles also reduce media acidification and increase recoverability of cells following freezing.
