ABOUT OUR SCAFFOLD

Paretor manufactures a mineral nanoparticle colloid (MNC) scaffold that can be adapted for delivery of nucleotides, small molecules, and peptides to the cytoplasm of the cell.

MNCs are colloids, not a crude nanoparticle suspension, are non-magnetic, and have dextran and minerals such as magnesium and choline integrated into the particle itself. 


Our technology is based on legacy iron-oxide nanoparticles that have a 30-year history of clinical use in oncology; however, Paretor MNCs have a unique set of characteristics which solve key problems that have hindered nanoparticle adoption for drug delivery and use as a research, commercial, and clinical tool in the past.

Paretor was founded by Dustan Bonnin, MBA in 2024 as a way to democratize RNA therapeutic development and advance delivery outside the liver. 

​

Our goal is to become critical infrastructure for more efficient biomanufacturing and a delivery-first resource for research and therapeutic development involving RNA delivery as well as intracellular delivery of actives.
